At Infini Supplements, we strive to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, you may request a return or refund under the conditions outlined below.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, please ensure that:
The request is made within 30 days of delivery.
The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided.
Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and quality assurance reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
Opened, used, or unsealed supplements.
Products past their expiry date.
Personalized or custom-made items.
Perishable goods that may deteriorate quickly.
Items inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery.
Infini Supplements reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.
How to Initiate a Return
Email us at infinisupps@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Repack the item securely in its original packaging.

Customers are responsible for the cost and risk of return shipping.
We recommend using a trackable and insured courier service.
We cannot issue refunds for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
No additional fees will be charged for refunds.
Please note: shipping charges are non-refundable.
Gifts & Store Credit
If the item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a store credit for the value of the return.
If the gift giver received the item, the refund will be issued directly to them.
